Welcome to Helsinki – the Capital of Finland. Helsinki occupies a peninsula and surrounding islands in the Baltic Sea. From the airport, board your coach, and transfer to your hotel and check-in. Dinner at Indian restaurant.

After breakfast, enjoy your day free for leisure and shopping.

OPTIONAL TOUR – Day Trip to Tallinn

Tallinn is known for its historic landmarks and culture, but is often overlooked by visitors to Helsinki. You can opt to travel with ease to Estonia’s capital with cruise transfer included. Discover the Danish King's Garden and Toompea Hill.

Note: Guests not opting for Excursion to Tallinn, should collect their packed lunch from the tour leader at 10am at reception.

Helsinki Cruise

After continental breakfast, enjoy panoramic city tour of Helsinki; where we pass by various important sites of Helsinki - Presidential Palace, Lutheran Church, Senate Square, Opera House, University, Market square, Sibelius Monument & Olympic Stadium (photo stops ONLY - no entrance included). Later, after lunch transfer to cruise terminal to board your overnight cruise to Stockholm.

Cruise Stockholm

After breakfast on Cruise, disembark from Cruise and step in to Stockholm – the capital of Sweden, which encompasses 14 islands and more than 50 bridges on an extensive Baltic Sea archipelago. Upon arrival at Stockholm, board your bus and enjoy a panoramic city tour of Stockholm encompassing City Hall (photo stop), Royal Palace (visit Chapel), ABBA Museum, Vasa Museum, and Nobel Price Building & Kings’ Garden (no entry tickets included). After lunch at Indian restaurant, enjoy free time to explore the old town (Gamla Stan). Later in evening, check-in at your hotel post dinner.

Stockholm Oslo

After breakfast, check out and have a scenic full drive to Oslo (~540kms – 8hrs). On the way, stop at Karlstad, situated on the northern shores of Lake Vanern, for a photo stop at Lake Vanern and also we will have lunch at Karlstad. After lunch, continue to Oslo.
Once you arrive in enjoy hot Indian dinner at Indian restaurant after a long journey. After dinner, check-in at your hotel in Oslo.

Oslo

After breakfast, start your day with Oslo City tour – pass by sites such as Parliament Square, National Galleries, Karl Johan shopping street, the Royal Palace and Akhershus Fortress. After lunch, visit Frogner Park. It is the largest park in central part of Oslo. Inside the park, you will find Vigeland Sculpture Park, one of the Oslo’s most popular attractions. Frogner Park has Norway's biggest collection of roses; a total of 14,000plants of 150 different species. Also visit the high ski jumping hill Holmenkollbakken, located at Hollmenkollen in Oslo. Later, after dinner proceed back to your hotel.

Oslo Geilo

After breakfast, board your bus to drive to Geilo (270 kms – 6 hrs), which is a town in southern Norway known for ski resorts and mountain trails. It’s a gateway to 2 national parks and many lakes and rivers. Here, you will feel as close to the nature as you can be. Upon arrival in Geilo, check-in at your hotel and revel in breathtaking views of Nordic countryside. Dinner at a local restaurant.

Geilo Flam Geilo

After breakfast, drive to Flam! Upon reaching Flam, EXPERIENCE – the Flamsbana – a train journey unlike any other! The train runs from the end of Aurlandsfjord, a tributary of the Sognafjord, up to the high mountains at Myrdal station. The journey features the finest aspects of the stunning scenery of Western Norway (FLAM – MYDRAL – FLAM). Alight from Flamsbana train at Flam. After lunch, get back into the bus and drive back to Geilo!

Geilo Oslo Cruise

Today morning, after early breakfast, check out from Geilo and drive to Oslo to catch your cruise from Oslo to Copenhagen. Upon reaching Oslo, enjoy hot lunch at Indian restaurant. After lunch, transfer to cruise terminal to board your cruise.

Cruise Copenhagen

After breakfast on cruise, checkout and disembark from cruise and step into DENMARK’s capital Copenhagen! Copenhagen is situated on the island of Zealand and Amager. From the cruise terminal, proceed for a panoramic city tour of Copenhagen which enthral you with impressive sight such as Renaissance Stock Exchange, Parliament house, Christiansburg Palace, Amalienborg Palace and land mark national symbol of Denmark-Little Mermaid. Later check-in at your hotel post dinner.

Copenhagen Alesund

After continental breakfast, check out from Copenhagen and proceed to airport to board your flight to Alesund, NORWAY!
Welcome to Alesund – a port town on the west coast of Norway, at the entrance to the Geirangerfjord. It’s known for the art nouveau architectural style in which most of the town was rebuilt after a fire in 1904. From the airport, proceed to hotel and check-in. Once you get settled in Ålesund, take in its breathtaking location stretching out into the Atlantic Ocean. The heavy presence of Art Nouveau architecture is a result of rebuilding efforts following a devastating fire in 1904. Today, the city is the cultural center of the region. Visit Aksla Viewpoint, which is also known as Fjellstua Viewpoint. After 418 stairs, you will be astonished by a view of Aalesund town and the grand Alps of Sunnmøre. If you are a Viking fan – make sure to see the statue of Rollo in the park before going up the stairs. Next, visit the picturesque Alnes lighthouse. Built in 1876, Alnes is a Norwegian heritage site where you can experience traditional coastal culture. See exciting historical exhibitions, and purchase local souvenirs and handcrafts.

Alesund Lærdal tunnel Bergen

After breakfast, check out and drive to Bergen (502 kms, ~10 hrs) via The Lærdal Tunnel, which is a 24.51-kilometre-long road tunnel connecting the municipalities of Lærdal and Aurland in Vestland county. Upon arrival in Bergen, check in at your hotel post dinner.

Bergen

After breakfast, visit Bryggen! These famous wooden houses in the harbour is what most people associate with Bergen. When the weather allows it, you can find a spot in the sunshine at one of the many cafés - perfect for some mid-morning coffee, people watching and boat watching! Cross from Bryggen to the Fløibanen Funicular. It will take you from the city centre to the mountain top in just a few minutes. The funicular ride up to the top of Mount Fløyen is thrilling in itself, as the carriage slides up the steep mountainside through the neighbourhoods of Fjellsiden. At the panorama viewpoint at the top you will feel like you are floating above the rooftops of the city.

Full payment is required to confirm services; partial payment only reserves intent.
Non-payment may lead to cancellation with forfeiture of registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

1–30 days before departure: 100%

31–60 days: 50%

61–90 days: 25%

91–365 days: Booking amount forfeited; balance as credit note (valid 1 year).

Visa Rejection: Treated as cancellation; charges apply based on rejection date.
No Refunds: For unutilized services, missed transfers, or force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).

Changes & Transfers

Tour changes treated as cancellations; new booking required.
Merging of tours possible due to low participation.

Visa & Travel

Visa approval is at consulate discretion; NHPL assists but isn’t liable for rejections/delays.
Guests must verify visa details; errors may lead to travel denial without refund.

Responsibilities

NHPL acts as a tour organizer; not liable for third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Guests must ensure medical fitness; NHPL isn’t responsible for health issues.
No liability for losses/injuries during the tour.

Other Terms

Check-in/out: Strictly as per hotel policy (1500 hrs/1000 hrs).
Refunds: Processed in INR; no interest paid. TCS non-refundable (claim via IT returns).

Travel Tips

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Booking amount = INR 1,00,000/- per person to confirm the booking
Balance amount to be cleared 60 days prior to start date of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

No name change allowed after booking.
Minimum booking amount is INR 1,00,000/- per person.
Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions, after deduction of administration charges credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
In case of Visa rejection, the above-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. Neem Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any rejections.

General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
Only the two pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (1 pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board.
The turn round for breakdown of bus on tour is minimum of 3hrs to 4hrs
