Arrival in Cochin – Transfer to Munnar

Upon your arrival at Cochin International Airport, the Gateway of Kerala, our warm and friendly representative or driver will greet you with a welcome. From here, your enchanting journey to Munnar, the crown jewel of Kerala’s hill stations, begins.
After reaching Munnar, check into your luxurious hotel, where tranquility embraces you. Let the cool mountain breeze and soothing ambiance refresh your senses. Spend the evening at leisure—sip aromatic tea, take a gentle stroll through the misty hills, or simply relax and soak in the panoramic views.

02

Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on an exploration of Munnar! Your sightseeing excursion includes:
*Matupetty Dam – Offering breathtaking views of the scenic landscape.
*Kundala Lake – A serene natural lake where you can enjoy boating and admire the Western Ghats.
*Eco Point – A picturesque spot surrounded by lush greenery.
*Tea Plantations – A delightful drive through rolling hills covered in emerald-green tea gardens.
*Eravikulam National Park (Optional) – Home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. (Note: The park is closed from February to early April for the calving season. Timings: 8 AM–4 PM.)
*Optional activities include visits to tea factories, jeep safaris, and elephant rides. Note: All Entry Fee by own.
Later, return to your hotel.

Munnar – Thekkady

After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady, Kerala’s famed "Spice Bag", known for its wildlife and spice plantations.
Optional Activities:
*Periyar Lake Boat Ride (2 hrs, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM) – Spot wild elephants, bison, deer, and more along the shores.
*Spice Plantation Tour – Discover cardamom, pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, and other aromatic spices.
*Jungle Jeep Safari (3 hrs) – An off-road adventure into the wild (available after 5 AM till evening).
*Kathakali & Kalaripayattu Show – Witness Kerala’s classical dance and martial arts performances.
*Ayurvedic Massage – Rejuvenate with traditional Kerala therapies. Note: All Entry Fee by own.

Thekkady – Kovalam

After an early breakfast, check out and drive to Kovalam. Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
In the evening, visit the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple and unwind at Kovalam Beach (time permitting).

Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam

After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari, India’s southernmost tip. Visit:

*Padmanabhapuram Palace
*Suchindram Temple
*Devi Kanyakumari Temple
*Vivekananda Rock Memorial
*Triveni Sangam (confluence of three seas)
*Gandhi Mandapam

Return to Kovalam by evening.

Kovalam – Allepey Alappuzha

After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey for an enchanting backwater houseboat cruise.
Check-in at 1:00 PM – Enjoy lunch onboard as you glide through serene backwaters.
Witness Chinese fishing nets, paddy fields, coir-making villages, and swaying coconut groves.
Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

Full payment is required to confirm services; partial payment only reserves intent.
Non-payment may lead to cancellation with forfeiture of registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

1–30 days before departure: 100%

31–60 days: 50%

61–90 days: 25%

91–365 days: Booking amount forfeited; balance as credit note (valid 1 year).

Visa Rejection: Treated as cancellation; charges apply based on rejection date.
No Refunds: For unutilized services, missed transfers, or force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).

Changes & Transfers

Tour changes treated as cancellations; new booking required.
Merging of tours possible due to low participation.

Visa & Travel

Visa approval is at consulate discretion; NHPL assists but isn’t liable for rejections/delays.
Guests must verify visa details; errors may lead to travel denial without refund.

Responsibilities

NHPL acts as a tour organizer; not liable for third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Guests must ensure medical fitness; NHPL isn’t responsible for health issues.
No liability for losses/injuries during the tour.

Check-in/out: Strictly as per hotel policy (1500 hrs/1000 hrs).
Refunds: Processed in INR; no interest paid. TCS non-refundable (claim via IT returns).

Travel Tips

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Booking amount = INR 25,000/- per person to confirm the booking
Balance amount to be cleared 60 days prior to start date of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

No name change allowed after booking.
Minimum booking amount is INR 25,000/- per person.
Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then administration charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.

General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
Only the two pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (1 pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board.Only the two pieces of baggage is allowed Check In & Hand Baggage (1pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel.
