01

Arrival / Joining at Srinagar

On arrival in Srinagar check in at the hotel at 12:00pm, welcomed by our representative and at the hotel in Srinagar. Srinagar is the largest city and the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is located in the Kashmir Valley on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, and the Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is known for its natural surroundings, gardens, waterfront promenades and houseboats. Later visit to the delightful and royal Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh - The largest delightful Mughal garden on the eastern side of the famous Dal Lake with the backdrop of Zabarwan Hills surrounds the Dal Lake. Nishat Bagh was designed and built in 1663 AD by Asif Khan, brother of Empress Noor Jahan. Nishat Bagh has seven terraces with a beautiful central watercourse flowing right in the middle. These terraces rise dramatically above the mountains in the eastern part of the lake. Shalimar Bagh – The royal Mughal garden on the northeast side of the famous Dal Lake. Shalimar Bagh was designed and built by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for Empress Noor Jahan in 1619 AD. Shalimar Bagh is also called “Farah Baksh”. The Bagh is considered the pinnacle of Mughal horticulture. Today it is a public park and is also referred to as the “Crown of Srinagar”.

Srinagar – Sonmarg - Srinagar

This Morning after breakfast, Drive to Sonmarg. Sonmarg is also known as Sonamarag in Kashmiri, Sonmarg is a hill station located in the Ganderbal District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is located about 80 kilometers from North-East of the capital city, Srinagar. Enroute the Snow-points (Halt for Photoshop’s).
Optional: (Sightseeing will be on direct payments basis by Guest)
1. Thajiwas Glacier is the Tourist attraction in Forest Block in Jammu & Kashmir. Thajiwas glacier is Treks through woodland & meadows lead to a sprawling glacier, popular for sledding & photography.
2. Zero point is situated 15,300 meters above sea level, closer to the border of India and China. Zero point is an ideal winter Tourist Destination that is considered to be India's "little Switzerland".

Srinagar – Gulmarg - Gondola Ride

This Morning after breakfast, Drive to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is known as “Meadow of Flowers”. Gulmarg is 52 Kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700-ft. Visit Complimentary Gondola Ride - Phase 1 (Gondola Ride - Phase I, Ride fees are included in the Tour Package). Gulmarg is also famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18 hole Golf Course. The place was prominent during the British time. You can also enjoy a Pony ride (Ski and Pony Ride is Optional, will be on direct payments basis by Guest).

Gulmarg – Pahalgam.

This morning after breakfast, later drive to Pahalgam. Pahalgam, the valley of shepherds –situated at a height of 7200 feet. Pahalgam is a hill station in the north Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. En-route visit Saffron fields of Pampore, see the beautiful countryside, lots of rice fields and Awantipura ruins on the way. Later proceed to Pahalgam through Pine Forest, and scenic beauty. Lidder River Southeast, Tulian Lake is flanked by mountain peaks and often frozen. Enroute Visit Lidder River. The Lidder River is a 73 km river situated in the Kashmir Valley of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It originates from the Kolahoi Glacier and feeds the Jhelum River in Mirgund Khanabal, at an altitude of 1,615 mts. Later Check-In at Hotel, Free at leisure.

Pahalgam – Valley Tour – Pahalgam

This Morning after breakfast, Visit ABC Valley Tour, Visit Aru Valley. Aru Valley is a tourist spot in the Anantnag District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is located around 12 km from Pahalgam, 11 km upstream from the Lidder River. Aru Valley Noted for its scenic meadows, lakes and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier, Tarsar Lake, meadows and peaks. One of the most popular valleys in Kashmir. Betaab Valley - Betaab valley, originally called as Hajan Valley or Hagan Valley is situated at a distance of 15 km from Pahalgam in Anantnag district in India's union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Betaab Valley in Pahalgam is a breathtaking combination of picturesque surroundings that is encircled by mountains full of tall deodar trees and pine forests, with the Lidder River flowing right through it. The valley got its name from the Sunny Deol - Amrita Singh hit debut film “Betaab” that was shot here and has been attracting a large number of tourist. Chandanwari located 15 km from Pahalgam. Pahalgam – Srinagar

This Morning after breakfast, Drive to Srinagar. Visit Shankaracharya Temple. Shankaracharya Temple or Jyeshteshwara Temple is a Hindu temple situated on top of the Shankaracharya Hill on the Zabarwan Range in Srinagar. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is at a height of 1,000 feet above the valley floor and overlooks the city of Srinagar. Later have the Shikara Ride on the Beautiful and famous Dal-Lake. Later Check-In and Stay at House Boat in Srinagar (House Boat Stay is included in the Tour Package).

Booking & Payments

Full payment is required to confirm services; partial payment only reserves intent.
Non-payment may lead to cancellation with forfeiture of registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

1–30 days before departure: 100%

31–60 days: 50%

61–90 days: 25%

91–365 days: Booking amount forfeited; balance as credit note (valid 1 year).

Visa Rejection: Treated as cancellation; charges apply based on rejection date.
No Refunds: For unutilized services, missed transfers, or force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).

Changes & Transfers

Tour changes treated as cancellations; new booking required.
Merging of tours possible due to low participation.

Visa & Travel

Visa approval is at consulate discretion; NHPL assists but isn’t liable for rejections/delays.
Guests must verify visa details; errors may lead to travel denial without refund.

Responsibilities

NHPL acts as a tour organizer; not liable for third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Guests must ensure medical fitness; NHPL isn’t responsible for health issues.
No liability for losses/injuries during the tour.

Other Terms

Check-in/out: Strictly as per hotel policy (1500 hrs/1000 hrs).
Refunds: Processed in INR; no interest paid. TCS non-refundable (claim via IT returns).
Jurisdiction: Disputes under Mumbai courts only.

Travel Tips

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Booking amount Air Package = INR 30,000/- per person to confirm the booking,
Balance amount to be cleared 45 days prior to start date of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

No name change allowed after booking.
Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.

Passengers need to carry address proof with them at the time of check-in.
Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions, after deduction of administration charges credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
Compulsory 2nd Dose Vaccination Certificate or RTPCR Report 48 hrs prior.
03 Passport size recent Photograph of every Guest (Adult and Child).
Original valid photo ID card (Passport/ Aadhar Card / Voter Id Card/Driving License). For the
Children between 05 to 18 years must have to carry their school photo identity card and Below 05 Years birth certificate (If passport not present).
Valid Neem Voucher.
Please carry limited luggage only, otherwise additional vehicle charges to be paid by Guest.
Itinerary may subject to change as per Weather and Road Condition, Government Permissions, Covid 19 Norms / SOP’s, availability of guide & Entrance Tickets (if any) etc.
All transfers & sightseeing by Ac Vehicle (Vehicle as per the itinerary).
Sitting Arrangements in Vehicle during Tour will be as per rotational basis only, as per instruction of Tour Manager.
Any increase in fuel price, Taxes and Package cost. Package Cost will be increase, which may come into effect prior to the departure / during Tour.
Breakfast and Dinner in Hotel will on Buffet basis with Fixed Menu by Hotel Management. Any Changes in the Menu done by guest, have to be paid directly by the guest.
Any Meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.
Neem Holidays Private Limited in no way shall be responsible for Flight Miss, Any loss, due to injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation and Hotels, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Political disturbances, Electricity Failures, Natural Calamities, Government Policies & Permissions etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road condition, Land Slides, Permission from the government authorities.
